Bookings
Bookings can be made online via our website.

There is a standard rental duration of 1 week. Please get in touch if you'd like more or less time than this.

Booking price includes:

1. Rental of the portable ECG device for the selected hire period.

2. Rental of a smartphone connected to the ECG device for the selected hire period (if a smartphone has been added to the order).

3. Smartphone charging cable and plug (if a smartphone has been added to the order).

4. Safety packaging for when ECG device is being transported or not being used.

5. A printed copy of instructions for use and troubleshooting.

6. Return pre-paid postage and packaging to the client's address.

7. Phone/online support to setup your device and share the recorded ECGs with your health professional.

Prices

All prices are listed on our website. Hire Health reserves the right to change and update prices at anytime.

Payments
The booking is not considered as confirmed until the full invoice has been paid.

Delivery

We use NZ Post for our deliveries. Once a booking is made, the device will be couriered to you within 10 working days. We will keep you well informed of when your device will arrive at your chosen address.

No other courier is to be used without the prior consent from Hire Health.

Return of products
The client agrees to return the product on or before the rental end date. This involves repackaging the products in the packaging supplied, phoning/online arrangement of courier pickup (instructions provided), and leaving the package in a safe place where the courier can collect it from.

Hire Period

The hire period starts from when the package is delivered to the customer's chosen address. In most cases, this is within 10 days of ordering on hirehealth.co.nz.

The hire period ends when the courier notifies Hire Health of pickup from the customer's chosen address.

Hire date range preferences

If you have a preference of dates you use the device, please contact us to arrange. We will do our best to accommodate booking date preferences, provided the requested device is available for hire on the dates requested.

Device care and security deposit

The hirer is responsible for all items during the hire period and must take all due care to ensure the items are well cared for and remain safe and secure.

A fully refundable security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental. The security deposit amount will be clearly mentioned on your quote and invoice.

The security deposit will be refunded in full within 3 days of the hire period ending, provided all items and components are returned in the condition they were hired in, and that there are no missing items or components. Hire Health reserves the right to use all/part of the security deposit to pay for missing and/or damaged items. We recommend taking photos of the devices to capture their condition prior to returning them.

All hire items must be returned in the condition that they were hired in.

Any components missing/damaged after the rental period ends will result in a partial or full loss of security deposit.

Please ensure ALL items that are provided at the time of hire are returned. This includes the ECG device, smartphone (if included in order), charging cord and plug (if included in order), and transport box.

If anything is damaged whilst in your care, please let us know.

The hire items are the customers full responsibility during the hire period.

Payment of the rental is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Hire.
